Senior Administrative Assistant [1585]

Public policy office seeks a temp-to-perm Senior Administrative Assistant to provide project management and administrative support. 

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing the calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and drafting correspondence. 
  • Assist with the development and implementation of projects that support the organization’s initiatives.
  • Handle events and meeting logistics by preparing important documents and creating agendas and presentations.
  • Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong initiative, judgment, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling and coordinating logistics.  
  • Strong computer and software skills.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience providing high-level administrative support.  

Rate: $22 per hour while temping. 

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year once permanent.
