Requirements Financial Management:
- Budget Development and Oversight:
- Prepare, develop, and monitor the annual budget for the ACT program.
- Track and manage program expenditures, ensuring alignment with the budget.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates to program leadership.
- Grant Management:
- Oversee the financial aspects of grant applications, compliance, and reporting.
- Ensure that grant funds are utilized appropriately and within the stipulated guidelines.
- Expense Monitoring:
- Review and approve program-related expenses.
- Implement cost-control measures to maintain financial efficiency.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all financial reports to stakeholders, including funders and regulatory bodies.
- Accounting Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on changes in financial laws and regulations affecting the program.
- Audit Coordination:
- Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Implement audit recommendations and corrective actions to improve financial practices.
- Training and Guidance:
- Provide financial training and support to program staff.
- Assist team members in understanding financial processes and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with program managers, directors, and other stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of program strategies and goals.
- System Management:
- Manage and optimize financial management systems and software.
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and efficiency.
- Policy Development:
- Develop and update financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all financial practices align with organizational goals and standards.
