POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the established budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and report project progress to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for project processes and procedures.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Create a comprehensive project plan.
  • Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure resource availability and proper allocation.
  • Communicate, monitor, and track project progress.

Primary Duties
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects, adhering to scope and budget constraints.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Create a detailed project plan to monitor progress.
  • Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 5+ years of comprehensive project management experience.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic financial planning skills.
  • Resource management capabilities.
  • Effective team-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in a matrix-based, marketing communications organization is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
