Client Relationship Manager

Haven Ventures subsidiary, Haven Design|Build, is seeking a full-time sales professional to help us build out our pipeline of future single family and multifamily residential projects - Single Family Homes, Additions, Accessory Dwelling Unites, Full Home Rehabs, Subdivisions, Apartments, etc.
Anticipated Start Date
- Fall 2024
- Manage All Sales Efforts.
- Lead Weekly Sales Meetings.
- Manage CRM, Active Leads, and Work-in-Progress Activity + Reports.
- Lead Inbound Sales Efforts - Quality Control Process, Increase Efficacy.
- Lead Outbound Sales Efforts - Cold Sales for Design + Construction Services.
- Support Marketing Team to Achieve High Efficacy (Newsletters, Email Blasts, Etc.).
- Attend Networking Groups, Communities Of Practice - HBA, Rotary, Durham BNI, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
- Create + Promote Active + New Sales Initiatives.
- Must have at least a college degree
- Must have at least two to five years of experience in sales, preferably within an applicable industry.
- Ability and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to understand SEO + Marketing to drive more leads.
- Ability to research and cold call potential prospects.
- Ability to create new sales initiatives to increase opportunities.
- Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
- Highly motivated + entrepreneurial.
- Learns quickly.

- Haven is willing to offer a base salary with commissions of 1% on gross revenue, resulting in a $100k+ salary opportunity.
