We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.  As a leading tax settlement company, we are dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of tax settlement and achieve financial stability.  This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, team development, and client relationship management.

The Tax Sales Manager role involves providing strategic leadership to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and other associated tax matters. He plays a key role in continuous improvement initiatives within the tax settlement function, driving efficiency and optimizing outcomes for the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our tax solutions products and services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their tax needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of [5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling tax solutions or related financial services.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as familiarity with tax software and solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and meet or exceed sales targets.
