What You’ll Do


  • Create Video Content: Work with the CEO to plan, script, and make engaging English-language videos for platforms like Instagram and YouTube. You’ll learn how to connect with different audiences and build skills in B2B content.


  • Track Data and Build Reports: Measure engagement, create reports, and see how your work impacts business results. You’ll learn about web analytics and digital marketing.


  • Explore Generative AI: Train with AI tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and reach more people. This hands-on training puts you at the front of digital marketing trends.

You’re proactive and adaptable, ready to work on different tasks, from creating content to building reports. You bring curiosity, attention to detail, and high standards to everything you do. You are excited to learn, grow, and make a real impact.


What You’ll Need


  • Bilingual (C2+ Spanish, C1+ English): Fluent in Spanish and English, with an understanding of cultural differences. Familiarity with the Colombian dialect is a plus.


  • Interest in Video Content: You follow influencers and know what makes video content interesting. Experience creating or helping with video content for a project or brand is a big plus.


  • Comfortable with Numbers: Confident working with numbers, like tracking sales or managing budgets, and interested in learning to create reports for digital marketing.


  • Adaptable and Organized: Able to switch between tasks and support the CEO’s vision with useful ideas.


  • Eager to Learn and Grow: Open to feedback and ready to build skills in digital marketing and analytics.
