An organization is seeking a Director | Strategic Planning and Performance. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enablement for Transformation, Operations, and Customer Experience, the Director, Strategic Planning and Performance will be responsible for a wide range of matters and initiatives for the Transformation, Operations, Growth and Customer Experience organization.

The Director, Strategic Planning and Performance will help develop and sustain an effective support structure for this team and ensure department-wide adherence to the goals and priorities set by the SVP. The Director will support the management of the business, the delegation and execution of projects, and oversight of the day-to-day operations including serving as the SVP’s strategic advisor and managing the day-to-day operations and follow-up on emerging issues. This role calls for a balance of leadership and influence skills across key decision-makers within the Transformation, Operations, and Customer Experience Leadership team and business partner executives.

Working closely with the SVP, Transformation, Operations, and Customer Experience and partnering with the other senior executives, the Director will streamline workflow and communications, be involved in policy and process formulation, monitor and facilitate planning across the organization, offer strategic planning and support on a variety of issues, and assist in setting the tone for the organization and communications.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  1. Experience with Senior Leadership communication and Executive-ready reporting
  2. Excellent analytical, problem resolution, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills
  3. Prior experience with tracking execution and holding stakeholders accountable
  4. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in upper management
  5. Superior judgment, team building, budgeting, presentation skills required
  6. Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills; the ability to deal with conflict and multiple constituencies and managing multiple simultaneous objectives are imperative
Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience

  1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience including 6 years of management experience required
  2. Bachelor’s degree required
  3. Finance experience required
