What Will You Do?

  • Champion the preparation, negotiation, and management of IT contracts (software and hardware) utilizing ITIL best practices.
  • Lead the way in IT procurement, billing, and ensuring compliance is second nature.
  • Forge and nurture strategic vendor relationships, focusing on delivering value and standardization.
  • Empower your team, setting clear goals and providing the training needed to elevate their potential.
  • Develop, enhance, and support essential IT governance processes and procedures.
  • Be the guardian of our IT document control, ensuring meticulous organization and compliance.


Who Are We Looking For?

  • A proactive leader with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, finance, or legal, and seven to ten years of related experience.
  • Strong experience with software licensing renewal, working closely with vendors on requirements, and a good understanding of terms and renewal procedures.
  • Budget reviews, cost saving experience, and working with outside audit firms.
  • Experience working in a large enterprise organization is preferred.
  • You have five years of management experience and a knack for independent decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with an eye for detail and a passion for customer service.
  • You're a team builder, ready to grow talent and foster an environment of achievement and collaboration.
