- Why are we looking?
- Previous director took leave of absence for family reasons and didn't return
- Must have lots of contracting experience
- Negotiating with insurance companies, pre authorizations, rates, fee scheduling, etc.
- This can't just be signing off on contracts but actually negotiating them
- Must have experience setting up credentialing
- Data analytics
- Identify trends, etc
- Will have access to a team of 5 who can access everything they'll need
- ERM is EClinicalWorks
- Used for billing
- Waystar is our clearing house
- Will manage the billing team
- 40 people
- Charge entry
- 6 credentialers (one supervisor)
- 1 supervisor and one manager
- Manage and mentor
- All billing done in house
- 40 people
- Appeals
- Have a team, but will need to assist as needed
- Will talk to state boards as needed
- Need someone who is proactive, high level strategic leader, not just a billing manager
- Make decisions and lead people, doesn't have to be told what to do all the time
