- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver outstanding results and ROI.
- Lead our digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media, to drive robust lead generation and customer engagement.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing marketing spend effectiveness.
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate marketing performance, derive actionable insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Aarki at the cutting edge of marketing practices.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field and an MBA or advanced degree are highly preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on performance marketing within the Adtech industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful global marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience managing cross-cultural marketing initiatives and working with global teams.
