A “Day in the Life” of the Senior Paralegal

The Senior Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the company's legal needs across multiple areas. This position handles a wide range of legal tasks, including claims and litigation management, compliance, and employment law. The paralegal will work closely with senior leadership, various departments, and external legal partners to ensure the company's legal interests are protected. Each day, the Senior Paralegal will work with a talented team.


Core Tactics

  • Assist in addressing, managing, and resolving various claims and lawsuits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external law firms to gather necessary documentation, prepare legal responses, and manage case files.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all company entities across multiple states.
  • Assist in the registration and maintenance of business entities, including tracking and updating filings as needed.
  • Provide support on employment law matters, including reviewing and drafting employment agreements, assisting with internal investigations, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Work with various departments and external partners to manage legal issues across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with law firms and regulatory bodies to address legal matters.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide legal insights and support for strategic decisions.
  • Participate in meetings and provide guidance on legal risks and opportunities.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents, contracts, and records.
  • Ensure proper filing and tracking of all legal documents and communications.
  • Other duties as assigned
