Title of Position: Sales Contract Coordinator Lennar is seeking a Sales Contract Coordinator that will provide support to the Division and customers in procuring the sales and preparing the sale for the close.- Minimum High School or GED required - Strong detail orientation with excellent computer and organizational skills - Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative role, Homebuilding or construction industry preferred - Bachelor's Degree preferred, Accounting background a plus - Microsoft Office with accounting system experience, JD Edwards preferred - Analytical ability - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work with confidential information Contacts Regular interaction with Division Associates, outside vendors and/competitors, and New Home Consultants. Physical Requirements Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. This position outlines the basic tasks and requirements for the position noted.
