Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Post Producer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple post-production projects simultaneously, from quick-turnaround content to long-form documentaries. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire post-production process, from building post schedules and budgets to delivering final products to clients.

This role requires close collaboration with editors, post-production leadership, and external vendors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest creative standards. You will also serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing feedback and ensuring smooth communication throughout the post-production process.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Post-Production Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including quick-turnaround content and long-form documentaries.
  • Scheduling & Budgeting: Build detailed post-production schedules and create budgets, including VFX, color correction, and sound mixing vendor costs.
  • Editor Management: Coordinate editors' schedules, provide creative feedback, and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Review Links & Feedback: Ensure daily review links are uploaded for client and stakeholder reviews, track feedback, and confirm all notes are being addressed.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout post-production, managing communication and final deliverables.
  • VFX Tracking: Creating and managing VFX trackers with vendors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with post-production leadership to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and meeting creative and technical standards.
  • Final Deliverables: Ensure final deliverables meet specifications and are delivered on time to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Post-Production Expertise: Strong experience managing post-production projects, with a proven ability to handle multiple timelines and deliverables.
  • Scheduling & Budgeting: Proficiency in building post-production schedules and budgets, including managing VFX, color grading, and sound mixing processes.
  • Editor Coordination: Experience in managing editor schedules and providing constructive creative feedback.
  • Client Relations: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and address feedback efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Premiere and the Adobe Suite, sound formats and video codecs, capable of preparing final deliverables for clients.


Bonus:

  • Final Deliverables Preparation: Experience preparing and delivering final deliverables to clients across various platforms.
  • Pre-existing Relationships: Pre-existing relationships with external vendors, such as Visual Effects companies, Finishing suites, etc.
