Job Description:

As a Creative Producer at High Scale, you will be the creative force behind our high-impact advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a keen eye for detail, capable of translating ideas into compelling visual narratives. You should have a robust understanding of the entire production process, from concept development to final delivery. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can elevate our productions to the highest level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Development: Craft engaging moodboards and detailed shotlists that bring our clients' visions to life.
  • Production Management: Oversee multiple shoots per week, directing talent and crew to achieve optimal results.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create captivating narratives for TV and social media platforms that resonate with target audiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative, account management, and post-production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client Relations: Present creative concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into final productions.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality across all productions, ensuring they meet both client expectations and performance metrics.
  • Innovation: Stay at the forefront of advertising trends and technologies, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into our productions.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in video production, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating successful advertising campaigns, especially for digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your creative vision and production skills.
  • Proficiency with professional camera equipment and production software.
  • Excellent directorial skills, with the ability to guide talent and crew effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen eye for visual aesthetics and current social media trends.
  • Experience with post-production and editing is a plus.
