Summary:

The National Operations Manager -Strategy & Innovation will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing operational activities nationwide. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Operations Manager to join our team and drive operational efficiency at a national level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of enhancing operational processes.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in operations or logistics
  • 5+ years of security industry experience
  • 5+ years of client relations experience
  • 5+ years of training & development experience
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.
