Logistics Coordinator

We are a growing construction and utilities company and tackle high profile projects throughout the entire Washington, DC area The ideal candidate would enjoy being the right-hand person to both Co-Founders and Project Management team. In this role, you will learn how to coordinate the project completion process from job start to project close out/billing.
Project Engineer
- Assist in the development of project work plans and project schedules by studying project plans and specifications and calculating time requirements
- Communicate project status updates consistently with project leadership and stakeholders
- Track project quantities
- Generate project billing data for accounting
- Prepare and submit project deliverables
- Develop and maintain appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records
- Assist in the management of submittal data
Requirements for Project Engineer
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of experience in commercial general contracting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Project Professional)
- Very detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional attitude
- Self-starter and decision maker
