We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to make Treet synonymous with branded resale for brands around the world.
About you
You would be our dream candidate if...
- You have 5+ years of experience leading marketing at early-stage B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of taking startups through multiple stages of growth.
- You’re a player-coach who can zoom out to strategize and direct your team while also rolling up your sleeves to execute strategic projects.
- You’ve designed and implemented marketing plans that hit ambitious targets.
- You’re fully up to speed with all modern marketing strategies and continue to stay connected and ahead of the curve with marketing tools and best practices.
- You’re creative and can design marketing strategies that will push our limits of what we thought was possible.
- You have a track record of designing and executing against marketing plans that have driven 2-3X annual growth.
- You’re data-obsessed, detail-oriented, and know that the best outcomes actions are ones that evolve through testing and iterating.
- You're able to leverage a wide array of marketing tools and automation processes to help us scale our marketing efforts efficiently.
- You aren't afraid of ambiguity, and it may even excite you.
- You care about sustainability and believe in the power of secondhand shopping.
About the role
- You will join as our Head of Marketing with two direct reports: a Director of Marketing and a Senior Marketing Associate.
- You will be responsible for expanding and scaling Treet’s existing marketing strategy while identifying new growth channels.
- You will report directly to the CEO and partner closely with our Head of Sales.
- While you will be primarily responsible for demand generation, you will also help lead product marketing and brand-building efforts.
- You will work cross-functionally across all Treet departments (Partnerships, Sales, Product, Success, and Ops) to create a cohesive marketing strategy.
- You will collaborate closely with the leadership team on shaping future roadmaps and making key company decisions.
- While your role is defined as above, there will certainly be other areas you may be called to assist with periodically (as we're a small team and sometimes wear multiple hats).
