    • Manage the Workday portfolio, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure the Workday platform is stable, secure, and optimized for performance.
    • Develop and implement best practices, standards, and governance for Workday usage across the organization.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to Workday initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A dynamic and inclusive work environment.
  • The chance to work with a leading global IT services company.

Being You:

Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are. We welcome people of all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. This dedication to welcoming everyone into our company means that Kyndryl gives you – and everyone next to you – the ability to bring your whole self to work, individually and collectively, and support the activation of our equitable culture.
