Duties:

  1. Preparing the monthly Profit & Loss report and other reports to the management
  2. Bookkeeping entries for all the expenses
  3. Reports to authorities – VAT, TAX, Pensions
  4. Bank – connection, reconciliation and posting
  5. Salaries control and payments
  6. Budget preparation and expenses control
  7. Payments to suppliers
  8. Money collection from customers
  9. Costing – preparing the yearly hourly cost per department and preparing costing reports.
  10. Monthly profitability reports
  11. Monthly calculation of the inventory value including inventory control
  12. Credit cards control and posting
  13. Preparing the material for the audit and preparing the audited yearly financial statements
  14. Yearly tax report
  15. Managing the cash flow – including projected CF.

Qualification: AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting Level 4 or above
