We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base in the Atlanta area.


Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in growing our business by identifying and securing new clients, as well as nurturing existing relationships. You will work closely with our technical teams to provide tailored IT solutions that align with clients' unique needs. This position is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for technology and consultative sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate managed services and IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and data management.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals and presentations that address client-specific requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts to management.


Requirements:

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) - must have experience
  • knowledge of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
