Who we are seeking
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, development, and management of our CCaaS product offerings. This role requires a good understanding of the contact center industry, customer needs, and the ability to translate those needs into innovative and market-leading products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market.

Washington D.C. / Maryland / Virginia (hybrid, 1 - 2 office days per week)
In this job you will
- Develop and execute product strategy - Participate in the development of the product roadmap and execute the product strategy for CCaaS solutions. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive product innovation. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
- Drive product development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define and deliver product requirements. Ensure timely, quality delivery of product features and enhancements. Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirement defining, specification writing, and user testing.
- Bring intense customer focus - Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are integrated into product development. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate product concepts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Measure and report performance - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact. Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Report on product performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and support ongoing go-to-market strategies - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans. Create compelling product messaging and positioning to drive adoption and growth. Provide training and support to sales and customer support teams to ensure product knowledge and effectiveness.
You're a strong fit for this role if you bring
- Bachelor's degree in science or technical field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of product management best practices.
- Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) research and design processes.
- Experience driving analytics and business intelligence to inform product strategy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies or other commonly used tools.
Skills we love but can also teach you
- Expertise in the CCaaS or CXM domains.
- Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence), road mapping tools, and data analytics tools (Pendo, GA).
- Software development experience using scripting / OO language.
- Comfort interacting with highly technical development teams in different time zones.
