SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (3 Days In Office, 2 Days Working from Home) | Manhattan, NY

PAY: $115 - $130K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
  • SPHR/PHR certification and/or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant HR Generalist experience in a professional services environment, preferably a Law Firm.
  • Strong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Workday Proficiency, and previous experience with an LMS system
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates in the recruitment and on-boarding process of Professional Staff employees
  • Ensures recruitment efforts are in compliance with OFCCP regulations
  • Handles Employee Relations issues; Participates in internal investigations
  • Participates in the learning and development provided to staff, Conducts New Hire Orientation
  • Assists with policy administration, including creating, updating, and interpreting policies
  • Provides general HR support and guidance to all domestic and international offices.
