Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Sales Representative - Scaffolding Industry to support a large company in the commercial and infrastructure construction sector. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong scaffolding background, eager to leverage their technical and industry knowledge into a lucrative sales position. You will manage key customer accounts, expand new business, and must be located in Houston, San Antonio, or Austin. This position is home office-based in Houston, Texas, with travel throughout Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers in the commercial and industrial construction markets.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Attend bi-annual sales meetings throughout North America to stay connected with industry trends and strategies.
  • Support and execute strategic initiatives aligned with company growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling to the commercial and infrastructure construction market.
  • Background in selling equipment to the industrial market.
  • Scaffolding experience is REQUIRED.
  • Familiarity with technical and civil engineering applications.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft), as well as Excel.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with the Southwest market, particularly Houston, San Antonio, and Austin, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Valid U.S. work permit required.
