Pay: Commission Only (6% commission per closed deal)

Job Description:

Beige Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this commission-only role, you’ll benefit from a high volume of inbound leads daily, allowing you to focus on closing sales and maximizing your earnings. With an average deal size of $1,500 and commission starting at 6%, representatives can expect to close an average of 2-4 deals per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads and provide information about our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inbound sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
