Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The location will be Central Texas (Austin/San Antonio or Houston)The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. This is a remote position, however, you are expected to be in the field a minimum of 20 hours per week prospecting and visiting potential sites/clients.

Duties

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare and submit sales contracts ensuring adherence to company policies
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Experience

- Must have 3+ years of experience in staffing or construction sales
- Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in technical sales and analyzing sales data
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong account management, business development, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment

You are eligible for an aggressive incentive plan after 90 days, if the minimum metrics and KPI's are met.
