CRM Operations Manager

Our client, a famous luxury brand, is seeking a CRM Operations Manager to help support their staff in New York. This is a full-time hour temporary role.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily maintenance and operation tasks within the CDP platform ensuring users are not having any issues with access or views
  • Assists in configuring fields, dashboards and basic workflows as directed by the CDP Service Lead
  • Handles routine data entry, system notes and CAB submissions for release notes
  • Escalates complex technical issues to Service Lead
  • Helps with documentation of CDP processes and workflows ensuring alignment with standards
  • Provide admin support in tracking project tasks, timelines and PRF submissions
  • Primary communications for DSR requests with vendors and following closure and compliance to SLA’s
  • Weekly reviews with legal and tech on DSR processes, blockers and reporting on open requests
  • Updating tasks and workflows with OneTrust global administrator
  • Following up on open issues/bugs tickets and track next steps/owner to drive resolution


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years CRM / CDP experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce
  • (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, CDP and Force.com)
  • Understanding of CRM, CDP, Data Analytics, Data Processing (Master Data Management, Data Quality Management) and Consumer Databases principles.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Consumer databases and CRM development and configuration.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and perform relevant analysis.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable to different audiences and ways of working
  • Ability to navigate and influence cross-functionally, acting as a team player
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational & management skills, ability to multi-task concurrent projects and help team adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to independently identify issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
