# Opportunity for a Visionary Brand Strategist

## Key Responsibilities

### Global Brand Oversight

  • Lead and manage comprehensive global brand strategies to enhance organizational awareness and engagement.

### Brand Consistency

  • Ensure alignment of brand messaging across all platforms in support of global positioning.

### Team Leadership

  • Inspire, supervise, and develop a team of brand marketing professionals, promoting collaboration and innovation.

### Brand Marketing Strategy

  • Uphold brand integrity across marketing efforts and work with leadership to build impactful content and campaigns.

### Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness while measuring effectiveness.

### Audience Engagement

  • Collaborate with teams to create strategies focused on audience engagement in alignment with brand goals.

### Brand Compliance

  • Oversee compliance and conduct audits in collaboration with relevant teams.

### Influencer Engagement

  • Strengthen the influencer engagement program and cultivate a brand ambassador mindset within the organization.

### Strategic Planning

  • Devise annual marketing strategies that bolster global engagement and cause marketing opportunities.

### Data Analytics

  • Conduct market research to enhance brand metrics and leverage audience data. Analyze research to pinpoint gaps and areas for development, incorporating industry trends into strategic planning.

## Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 15 years of communications experience with a strong emphasis on global marketing.
  • 10 years of leadership experience, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proven track record in transforming global marketing functions and integrating strategies across various departments.
  • Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach.
  • Expertise in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Operational mindset capable of translating strategy into actionable outcomes.
