Marc Fisher Footwear is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, hands-on E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our E-Commerce team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns (emails/SMS, paid social, and performance marketing). You will create, implement, analyze, and report on new strategies (segments, workflows, A/B test) to improve business KPIs. This position will report to the Director of E-Commerce Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, creative, merchandising, and development teams to ensure best-in-class digital marketing campaigns. This role is based in our New York City office; 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. This role may work from our Greenwich, CT office 1 of the required 3 days per week, instead of the NYC office.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including email/SMS, search, shopping, and display.
  • Partner with outside agencies to traffic campaign assets including creative, copy, and product lists, and ensure the timely campaign launch of all campaigns.
  • Preview and test all email/SMS and paid social campaigns.
  • Responsible for campaign testing, planning and execution.
  • Analyze and deliver email and paid social creative performance reporting.
  • Oversee email testing process including intake, prioritization, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Stay abreast of and follow industry news, Listrak feature releases, and email marketing best practice regarding testing, automation, personalization, and deliverability.



QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • 5-7 years marketing and campaign experience at high volume retail.
  • Experience with Google, meta, 3p retargeting, lead generation, and paid advertising.
  • Experience with Monday.com is preferred.
  • Analysis & improvement recommendations.
  • Understating of marketing attribution.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of customer databases and tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • You must be intellectually curious.
  • Relentlessly positive attitude required.

  • Salary range $75,000 to $115,000 - pay considerations are based on various factors unique to the candidate, including: skillset, years of experience, qualifications, certifications, and more.
