JOB SUMMARY:

The eCommerce Marketing Specialist will drive the digital growth of our eCommerce channels by creating, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that engage online and in-store shoppers. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online brand presence, develop promotional campaigns, enhance the customer journey, and support revenue growth.

The Marketing Specialist position currently offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote flexibility with occasional office collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for creation through post-campaign analysis
  • Manage budgets, tracking and administration of program costs and internal processes
  • Stay current on industry trends and technologies
  • Coordinate food-related promotions and events
  • Provide administrative support to retail team as needed
  • Communicate needed information through phone, email and in person interaction
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Marketing and experience in digital or eCommerce marketing preferred
  • Understanding of SEO, paid search (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), email marketing, and social media strategy preferred
  • Competence in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar design software) desired
  • Strong service and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, friendly and professionally in all situations
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail
