Our client, a growing higher education organization, is looking to hire an HR Associate on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will collaborate with a fast-paced and goal-driven team to improve systems and enhance the employee experience. Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day HR functions, managing departmental projects, and implementing scalable approaches to employee outreach and education. You will also maintain evaluation metrics to refine processes and drive organizational goals forward. As part of a lean, startup-style team, you’ll take on new projects, contribute to a collaborative work environment, and play a key role in advancing the organization’s mission.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to analyze and refine processes using data-driven metrics.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.


Preferences:

  • Experience in higher education or mission-driven organizations.
  • Knowledge of DEIJ principles.
  • Experience in supporting employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance processes.
