Responsibilities:


  • Offer comprehensive employee policy analysis and drafting.
  • Conduct compliance audits and management training.
  • Lead labor negotiations and develop pre-litigation strategies to mitigate legal risks.
  • Defend clients in administrative and court proceedings at both federal and state levels.
  • Conduct human resource audits and develop training programs for supervisors and managers.
  • Conduct and manage workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, fraud, and other allegations.
  • Represent clients in government investigations and navigate responses to warrants and subpoenas.
  • Defend clients against employment-related tort actions, wrongful discharge, and unlawful discrimination claims.


Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Extensive experience in labor and employment law.
  • Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
  • Proven track record of handling complex employment law matters.
  • Strong commitment to client service and responsiveness.
