Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Labor and Employment Attorney to provide expert legal counsel on various labor-related matters, including wage and hour regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in labor law and demonstrate the ability to navigate complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive legal advice regarding labor and employment regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in resolving disputes and managing litigation processes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful analysis.
  • Prepare legal documents, including memorandums, pleadings, and motions.
  • Stay informed on evolving labor laws and update clients on significant changes.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Proficient understanding of wage and hour legislation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
