Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal Sourcing: Identify and originate new investment opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries, investment bankers, and industry executives.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for sourcing partners, ensuring strong relationships are maintained with intermediaries, industry professionals, and other deal sources.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth industry research to identify emerging trends and sectors that align with the firm’s investment focus in healthcare and business services.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Lead outreach efforts, including cold-calling and networking, to generate a steady pipeline of potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities.
  • Investment Analysis: Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate potential acquisition targets, participate in due diligence, and assess strategic fit with the firm’s investment thesis.
  • Transaction Support: Assist in structuring and closing deals by supporting the preparation of financial models, investment memoranda, and other transaction documentation.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of business development, deal origination, or investment banking experience, ideally within private equity or technology.
  • Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology and B2B software sectors is highly preferred.
