Experience of the Right Candidate:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune is a plus but not required; a desire for growth is essential.
  • Familiarity with mobile device support, particularly Android, with a focus on large-scale deployments.
  • Imaging experience and knowledge of building new images for devices.
  • Experience supporting small device setups; experience with SolarWinds services is beneficial but not mandatory.


Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

  • Manage the configuration, imaging, scheduling, and deployment of devices.
  • Collaborate with a third-party team for physical installations and ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle troubleshooting and support for incoming service desk calls related to mobile devices and laptops.
  • Build and deploy images for tablets and laptops, ensuring devices are configured correctly.
  • Participate in the rollout of Microsoft Intune across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate efforts and share updates.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, fostering strong bonds and morale within the group.
