Officer Chief of Human Resources

We are in search of a dynamic and strategically-minded Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our executive team. This pivotal role entails designing and executing a comprehensive human resource strategy that encompasses succession planning, talent management, change management, performance management, training and development, and compensation initiatives. As a crucial member of our leadership, you will articulate HR objectives and initiatives that are integral to our organizational success.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement the human resource strategy for the organization.
- Supervise succession planning, talent acquisition, change management, and performance evaluation processes.
- Partner effectively with various departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Guide and develop the HR team to achieve high performance and facilitate professional advancement.
- Evaluate HR metrics to uncover areas for improvement and deploy effective solutions.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to uphold a competitive advantage in the talent marketplace.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in formulating and executing HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing and nurturing HR professionals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in human resources, including a minimum of 3 years in an executive role.
- HR Certification is required; a preferred qualification is the SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification.
