Job Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and strategically-minded Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our executive team. This pivotal role entails designing and executing a comprehensive human resource strategy that encompasses succession planning, talent management, change management, performance management, training and development, and compensation initiatives. As a crucial member of our leadership, you will articulate HR objectives and initiatives that are integral to our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Formulate and implement the human resource strategy for the organization.
  2. Supervise succession planning, talent acquisition, change management, and performance evaluation processes.
  3. Partner effectively with various departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
  4. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Guide and develop the HR team to achieve high performance and facilitate professional advancement.
  6. Evaluate HR metrics to uncover areas for improvement and deploy effective solutions.
  7. Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to uphold a competitive advantage in the talent marketplace.
Required Skills
  1. Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  2. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven track record in formulating and executing HR strategies that align with business goals.

  5. Experience in managing and nurturing HR professionals.

Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  2. Over 10 years of experience in human resources, including a minimum of 3 years in an executive role.
  3. HR Certification is required; a preferred qualification is the SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification.
