Required Qualifications of the HR Benefits Generalist:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Must be comfortable with hybrid ONSITE WORK IN COLUMBIA, SC.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • General accounting knowledge is a plus.


Responsibilities of the HR Benefits Generalist:

  • Managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to supported entities.
  • This role requires a thorough understanding of benefits administration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Role will focus on the pension and retirement plan side.


WORK LOCATION: Hybrid in Columbia, SC. Requires on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote Monday and Friday.
