Our client in Lake Oswego is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to add to their team. This person will be temporarily covering for medical leave. This is a one-month contract position.

Duties:
  • • Will train with the current Maintenance Coordinator for 2 days
  • • Work for a month to cover the medical leave of the current Maintenance Coordinator
  • • High-end customer service for multi-million-dollar homes
  • • First line of contact when maintenance requests come in

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • • Past property management experience preferred
  • • Computer skills
  • • Basic email skills and etiquette
  • • Google Docs knowledge
  • • Professional phone presence

Pay: $25.00/ hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5:00pm
