Associate Business Development Representative

The Staff Pad is a leading staffing agency dedicated to connecting businesses with top-tier talent through a subscription model. We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial mindset individual to be a part of our growing sales team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship building and much more. 

This position is for those who are looking for autonomy and an opportunity to grow quickly where their voice matters 

Remote Role - OTE $80-90k+ 
Responsibilities:

 Client Acquisition:
   - Identify and target potential clients through market research and strategic outreach.
   - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
   - Conduct cold calls, emails, and presentations to introduce our staffing solutions.

Relationship Building:
   - Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
   - Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
   - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Market Analysis:
   - Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
   - Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Sales Strategy:
   - Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
   - Work closely with the Business Development team to implement effective sales initiatives.

Networking:
   - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our presence.
   - Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Reporting:
   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
   - Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
