As a Senior Manager of Channel & Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing new retail and non-retail channel partnerships for our portfolio of Lively products and services. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence through strategic acquisition of retail and other consumer revenue channels, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and collaboration.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another US based non-Best Buy Health location.

What you’ll do

• Identify and prioritize potential channels and revenue producing partnerships for Lively products.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, finance, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless integration and execution of business development initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within new revenue channels.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, merchandising strategies, and sales initiatives to drive product visibility and sell-through.

Basic qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic relationships, sales, or retail management within the consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrated track record of success in acquiring new revenue channels, including third-party brokers and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of consumer goods industry trends, distribution networks, and channel dynamics.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize initiatives, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
