Job Title: GA DHS Help Desk Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Nitelines USA, Inc. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our customers, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of their issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers requiring assistance
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers for tier one issues
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Document requests for assistance in a ticket management system and track incidents through to resolution/escalation
- Identify potential outages and other problems and communicate the information to Team Leads in a timely manner
- Update knowledge base and documentation with technical and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Five (5) years of experience as a help desk support analyst
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent administrative, triaging, and time management abilities
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience with Jira or ServiceNow
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate must be located in Atlanta, Georgia, and be able to work in a hybrid environment.
Pay Rate:
$28.67 per hour
