You're ready to join a collaborative team and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, supportive company culture.

  • Partner with social media, influencer, and affiliate teams to drive external traffic to Amazon listings.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies aimed at achieving key business goals, such as earning Best Seller badges, increasing market share, and scaling revenue.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and competitor activities to proactively adapt strategies.

Forecasting & Budgeting:

  • Lead the forecasting process for assigned product categories, analyzing historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, and competitive landscape to project future sales.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to build accurate sales forecasts that inform overall company budgeting and financial planning.
  • Adjust forecasts regularly based on actual sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional activities, providing clear explanations for variances.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace operations, with a proven track record in driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including deep knowledge of Amazon's advertising ecosystem (PPC), content optimization, and inventory management.
