Job Description:

Corporate Services Security (CPSS) at Amazon is responsible for securing the applications and services that power our global Finance, HR, Legal, and Communications processes. Our team performs security reviews and assessments, designs and implements custom detections and controls, and manages security events to minimize disruption. We build applications and automations to enhance our operations and initiatives. We engage proactively to understand our stakeholders' security risks and business needs, and we partner across security teams to provide the right solutions.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead technical program management of several cross-cutting Product Security initiatives across our Corporate Services stakeholders. As a Technical Program Manager in our team, you will build processes, tooling, and content that help our stakeholders understand and enhance their security posture. You will partner with other leaders in Corporate Services Security and Amazon Security to develop the strategy for and drive delivery of our security objectives while measuring and reporting progress in a customer-obsessed way.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute Product Security strategic planning for several cross-cutting Product Security initiatives that raise the security bar for our Corporate Services stakeholders.
* Partner with security and stakeholder teams to define and track objectives that drive enhancements across security domains such as access control, secure response, vulnerability management, and secure software development.
* Leverage automation to continuously analyze and improve our internal- and stakeholder-facing measurements that provide security and business leadership insight into performance of security programs and controls.
* Continuously evaluate and improve our stakeholder-facing reporting mechanisms to communicate security risks and issues, and drive accountability for targeted security outcomes.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively to build trust with partner security teams and stakeholders.
