Title – Senior Project Manager Landscape Architect

Hours: Onsite - some flex down the line

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $110K-130K

Qualifications

  • Registered Landscape Architect.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of project management experience with high-density/mixed-use residential or senior living projects.
  • Thorough understanding of southwest plant materials, irrigation design, construction documents, construction details, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with an interest in leading and mentoring others on a team.


Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support in the successful collaboration with architectural project teams.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of landscape architecture projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Develop construction documents, including construction details and specifications, while maintaining compliance with project requirements.
  • Design and implement irrigation plans tailored to the unique demands of southwest climates and plant materials.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, tracking project deliverables and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and process all transaction documents, including governing documents, subscription and withdrawal materials, transfers, and re-registrations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting submissions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain project archives, presentations, and other critical documentation, ensuring consistency with compliance-approved processes.
