About Our Client:

Addison Group is working with a client in the education sector to find a skilled Grant Coordinator. Our client is a private, non-profit university that offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs, both on-campus and online.


Job Description:

The Grant Coordinator will manage and oversee the grant process, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career growth and flexibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with program staff to create detailed grant budgets and narratives.
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation of grant applications and correspondence.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with awarded grants’ funding requirements.
  • Communicate updates and prepare financial reports for funders.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with project teams and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of grant management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities.
