Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will support the technical design and execution of architectural projects. This role involves developing BIM models, coordinating with consultants, managing project deliverables, and assisting in construction administration activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain BIM models adhering to company standards
  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure accurate and clash-free project deliverables
  • Support construction administration activities, including RFI responses, site observations, and submittal reviews
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare detailed minutes
  • Conduct field surveys and translate findings into accurate virtual models
  • Assist in permit submissions and respond to comments as needed
  • Manage and distribute project documentation effectively


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Architecture industry
  • Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with building materials, construction methods, and detailing
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility
