Title - Senior Project Manager

Hours: 8 - 5 - Onsite

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: up to 140K+

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (registration preferred).
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in architecture, with expertise across multiple disciplines.
  • Proven technical proficiency and exceptional skills in project management, administration, and communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret contractual requirements to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead effective communication with clients to understand their needs, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Oversee multiple projects and project teams, ensuring timely delivery and the successful execution of project goals.
  • Ensure that designs meet all regulatory codes, standards, and client specifications.
  • Conduct independent review and redlining of contract drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Attend public meetings and coordinate jurisdictional approvals.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and maintain alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitate project kickoff and coordination meetings, setting clear expectations for the project scope, budget, schedule, and team objectives.
  • Prepare and review project specifications for consistency, accuracy, and coordination.
  • Interpret contract drawings and specifications to maintain the integrity of the design and ensure successful project outcomes.
