Job Summary:

CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst / Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Dallas, Texas. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with a strong background in HRIS management, particularly with UKG (UltiPro) systems, who are looking for an exciting, hands-on position. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in HR systems management and be eager to bring their expertise to a dynamic and growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • UKG Systems Management: Lead the management and optimization of UKG Pro and UKG Ready systems, focusing on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Analytics, and HR management. Ensure the seamless operation of these systems to support the organization’s HR needs.
  • Vendor & Data Management: Maintain effective relationships with vendors, manage data flow, and ensure accurate and timely file feeds.
  • System Review & Implementation: Evaluate existing systems and lead the potential implementation and integration of new HRIS tools and solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports, providing insightful data that supports business decisions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
  • HR Compliance & Reporting: Manage compliance with all reporting requirements, including AAPs, EEO-1, and Vets filings. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • HR Process & Policy Development: Develop and refine HR processes and policies to align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement programs. Provide guidance on HR practices and assist with employee investigations and performance management.
  • Training & Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs on HR topics, including new hire orientation and performance management.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3-8 years of HR systems management experience, with a focus on UKG (UltiPro) systems. Experience in traditional HR roles, including compliance, reporting, and employee engagement, is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and other HRIS systems. Experience with iCIMS ATS is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, provide actionable insights, and implement innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
