Role Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead our talent management function for a dynamic, rapidly growing organization in the SaaS marketing technology sector. This role will report to the Head of People and will oversee the Learning & Development Specialist. The position requires working onsite in New York City four days a week.
Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:
- Manage the full spectrum of learning and development processes, including needs analysis, instructional design, and delivery.
- Develop and customize training programs to meet both business objectives and individual career goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized training and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Assess training effectiveness and monitor participation metrics.

- Develop and maintain career pathing frameworks aligned with business requirements and employee growth.
- Integrate succession planning into business operations to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
- Create and execute talent development strategies tailored to various employee levels.

- Design and implement development programs to address diverse employee needs.
- Oversee executive coaching for senior leaders and align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure cohesive talent development strategies.

- Regularly assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure that development programs are relevant and evolve with business needs.

Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Learning & Development Specialist.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent management efforts with organizational goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 7 years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing development programs, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with learning management systems and HR technology.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to measure and evaluate training program success effectively.
- Leadership: Proven capability to lead and develop a team.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in talent management and development, with a strong track record of aligning programs with business objectives.
