Job Summary

Job Description

DUTIES:                               Contribute to team responsible for creating, maintaining, and enforcing security policies affecting the network; secure all information and information systems assets of the Company by monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure using KeySecure and XSOAR; provide technical support for Data Loss Prevention (DLP);  use Xfinity SPN to provide technical support to residential network users; provide technical support to Enterprise and Retail Business using BluVector and TSF (Tenant Secure Framework); configure SSL-VPN and HP-Aruba features to provide secure access to network users; design, install, and operate VPN, SoHo, WAF, IDS, DDoS, Partner Access Solutions, Network Security Stack powering Zero-Trust, Firewalls and micro-segmentation; protecting CCS operations infrastructure, including SIEM, DataLake, WAF, IDS, and SOC dashboards; and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

REQUIREMENTS:             Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience working within Tenant Secure Framework (TSF); providing technical support for Data Loss Prevention (DLP); configuring SSL-VPN and HP-Aruba features to provide secure access to network users; one (1) year of experience must include maintaining and monitoring network infrastructures using KeySecure and XSOAR; and providing technical support to residential network users.
