The Sr
Network Engineer plays a crucial role within the Enterprise Infrastructure team, tasked with developing, deploying, and maintaining intricate computer network systems
This individual supports the architects in crafting the infrastructure's design and plays a pivotal role in its execution across the enterprise
The Engineer is committed to maintaining departmental protocols, conducting technical evaluations and research, and overseeing the management of network solutions, including Data, Voice, and Audio-Visual systems
They also proactively manage the resolution process for complex technical issues, ensuring timely responses to escalated challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and advanced-level support for data and voice network systems to customer support centers, staff, site personnel, and external vendors
  • Designs, sets up, and deploys infrastructure for data and voice network/telecommunications equipment
  • Oversees medium-scale projects related to Data, Voice, AV, & Networks, occasionally serving as IT Project Support and facilitating communication between project managers and the network team during facilities projects
  • Continuously supervises all network devices (Data, Voice & AV) to promptly resolve issues and deliver necessary reporting metrics
    Analyzes network data flow, identifies operational issues, and suggests enhancements for optimal performance

Qualifications:
  • A background of four to seven years in the support of enterprise-level network systems, with a preference for Cisco or Aruba Networks experience
  • Must be willing to work onsite/hybrid schedule
  • Must have a certification in high-level network systems, specifically from Cisco or Aruba Networks
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
